Mission Statement

Aging In Place Cape Cod is a group made up of local professionals committed to helping our seniors stay
in the homes they love. We are dedicated to
providing the resources needed to help seniors remain independent by focusing on their needs, legally, physically, as well as financially.

We will be hosting free workshops all over Cape Cod
where we’ll offer information on a range of topics
including:

safety in your home/home modifications - solutions that enable seniors to age in place comfortably and safely in their homes.
reverse mortgages - allows homeowners 62 or older to access the equity in their home. The homeowner can use their tax free funds in many ways including supplementing their income, major/minor home repairs or upgrades, or to refinance out of an existing regular mortgage or equity line to eliminate the monthly payments.
estate planning - comprehensive estate planning services, learn what you can do to protect your estate from probate so that your heirs can avoid the frustration, great expense, and amount of time it takes to complete.
asset preservation and distribution - learn how you can preserve your assets, earn income, and stay retired
