Dear Mr. Karas,

 Thank you for all the excellent work on my moms house. The front stair railing‘s and all the grab bars you installed in the bathrooms are so helpful. The new bright lights make getting around feel safer. Mom told me the night lights you installed up stairs make getting up in the dark easier to get to the bathroom, just as you told them it would!  Both mom and dad can finally feel more independent going outside into the yard again, thanks to you.

I wanted to thank you for the new grab bars and garage handrailings you installed for me. I wasn't even sure it could be done. I was unsure who to call in the beginning to do the job, but when you were referred to me through the senior center, I felt reassured.  Being a single-senior, I was nervous about who I would find. Your kindness and helpful way put me at ease that first meeting. I knew I had met the right contractor then. You spent time to discuss my issues and all the available options. The grab bar styles you helped me choose are wonderful. I use it every day to relax my arthritis and sore knees. Sometimes I don't even want to get out. I am grateful for the respect and patience you have shown me during the whole process. You have a customer for life.

 You express who you are with all that you do and I am grateful to know you, and for the care that you showed our dear old Cape house.

You are the best. The way that you worked, how you interact with people, and the material choices you guided us through. It was such a pleasure to experience this. The grab bar and hand railing design was so appropriate for our old Cape house.  The grab and assist bars blend in so well, no institutional look. We love our new safe bathrooms and stairways..
